TreeCalm
Seven Weeks of Treasy Living
You're invited to join a seven-week guided meditation course connecting you with seven different trees — together in Brighton, or wherever you are. Seven weeks. Seven trees. A calmer way to live.
Why does that work?
Trees supercharge the effects of breathwork and meditation. Their dappled light calms the nervous system. The word druid comes from the word duir which means oak. How did druids get their calm, wisdom and calm? From connecting to oaks, and all trees. Want to feel more safe? Visit the oak. Wishing for more love and creativity? Visit the willow. Wanting to rewrite the story of the past? Seek out the gentle energy of the beech.
How do I actually do it?
There are 3 suggested possibilities:
1)Wednesday morning, 7 30 – 8 30 am: drive out with us to Stanmer Park.
2)Wednesday evening, 7 30 – 8 30 pm, gather in Preston Park / Queen’s Park / Craven Wood.
3)Thursday evening, 7 30 – 8 30 pm, stay in your own home, but connect over Whatsapp.
(In fact you can connect to any session, alone, over Whatsapp – at home, or by a tree).
How much does it cost?
£10 if you want to drop in each time, or £49 if you want the full seven weeks. This also gains access to the TreeCalm app (available shortly). It works best of all, if you book in a 1-on-1 with course leader Andrew Clover, to process what you’ve learned, and to set targets. Andrew trained with the British School of Coaching, typically charges £140 an hour for a session, but will offer 7 sessions for £140, to make this TreeCalm course as enticing and effective as possible.
Do other people like this?
They love it. One client, meditating on the oak conceived a new business. Another had just left her work: seven weeks later, she had three jobs. Everyone ends up wayyyyyy calmer and feeling more in touch with their true selves.
